Terms of use of the service

1. Purpose — Entreprendre Neuchâtel provides, free of charge, a public information, orientation and support service for entrepreneurs in the canton of Neuchâtel.

2. Nature of the service — The service is an information and support offering. It creates no entitlement to support, coaching, funding or a favourable answer.

3. Admission — Entreprendre Neuchâtel reserves the right to refuse or discontinue support, in particular where the project falls outside its scope, the request does not meet the eligibility criteria, or available resources do not allow it. No specific justification is owed.

4. No guarantee — Information and advice are provided for guidance only. Entreprendre Neuchâtel does not guarantee the success of the project, the obtaining of funding, the creation of a company or its economic success.
