Data controller
The Economic Affairs Office (NECO) of the Republic and Canton of Neuchâtel, through Invest Neuchâtel, is the controller of the personal data collected via this website, as part of the Entreprendre Neuchâtel initiative.

Processing is governed by the intercantonal convention on data protection and transparency of the cantons of Jura and Neuchâtel (CPDT-JUNE) and, where applicable, by federal law.

Data collected
No personal data is collected when simply browsing the website.
When you submit the contact or coaching request form, we collect the data you provide:
- identity: first name, last name;
- contact details: email address, phone number (optional);
- information about your project (coaching request): company name, project type, description, expectations, differentiation, experience, financial resources;
- your message.
Purposes
- processing and answering your request;
- putting you in contact with a coach of the programme;
- monitoring the support provided (time spent, expenses and receipts);
- producing anonymous statistics to manage the programme.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to the mandated coaches of the programme and to the people in charge of its administration. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and processors
Form and coaching follow-up data is hosted in Switzerland (Supabase, Zurich region).
Service emails (coach notifications, acknowledgements, introductions) are delivered through the provider Resend (United States); only the information needed for the content of these emails passes through this provider.
Retention period
Data is kept for 48 months from the last contact or the end of the support. After this period, it is irreversibly anonymised: identifying data (name, contact details, request contents, comments, receipts) is deleted; only anonymous statistical data (support hours, activity types, periods) is kept for management purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or its deletion by writing to info@entreprendre-neuchatel.ch. In the event of disagreement, you may contact the PPDT Jura-Neuchâtel.
Requests from persons residing in the European Union are handled with the same safeguards.
Security
Data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures: role-based access restrictions, documents stored in private storage, encrypted communications.
Cookies
This website uses neither tracking cookies nor audience measurement tools. Local storage is used only for the session of authorised users of the management area.
